No.4

No.4 är ett fristående hus med ett unikt utsiktsläge, generösa glaspartier och härliga utemiljöer. I stort sett samtliga bostäder har en eller två balkonger alternativt egen uteplats där merparten av dessa dessutom vetter mot vattnet. Tack vare husets höga läge har de en utsikt som är helt unik med fönsterpartier som går nästan hela vägen från golv till tak och smälter samman upplevelsen mellan ute och inne.

Utsikten går inte att blunda för. Den är överallt. Från No.4 ser du ut över Djurgården som ligger nära på andra sidanfjärden. Högt beläget på en klippa vid Nacka Strand sträcker sig husets fyra flyglar ut mot Djurgårdens vidsträckta naturlandskap.

Österut syns Fjäderholmarna (5 minuter bort sjövägen) och i bakgrunden Lidingö. Västerut ser man Stockholms inlopp med Södermalm och Gamla Stan som fond. Just då inser man exakt hur nära innerstan man befinner sig.

Skogen, havet och klipporna återspeglas i de invändiga materialvalen som går i gråa toner med ljusa trägolv och kalksten från Östersjön. De stora fönsterpartierna från golv till tak ramar in och påminner om landskapet utanför.”







What we at Oscar Properties fell for at No.4, Nacka Strand – in addition to the building’s stunning outlook – was its waterfront location and proximity to the inner city. Our vision has been to create living inspired by the surrounding archipelago landscape. Perched high on a cliff at Nacka Strand, the four wings of the building stretch out towards the vast natural landscape of Djurgården. No.4 is just a 10-minute drive from Slussen. The ferry from Nybroplan takes around 20 minutes and docks right below the building. The majority of homes have one or two balconies while the top floor apartments have roof terraces up to an amazing 200 square metres. There are also communal gardens facing onto the water. The views are undeniably stunning in what can be your new home.  The pale pigment oak flooring extends throughout the apartment and brings tranquillity. This is very much thanks to the natural materials together with well-considered features, such as door linings in pale oak that extends right up to the ceiling to reinforce the sense of space. The kitchens at No. 4 are large social spaces where porcelain and other kitchen tools are always within reach. The generous and deep worktops are based on the same philosophy of functionality. Each kitchen is designed as a beautiful piece of furniture; genuine and contemporary elegance. The kitchen woodwork is specially made and finished in a pale grey lacquer, while the worktop is in pale limestone. When you prepare food in this kitchen you feel as though you are in a holiday home with the sea on your doorstep – the only difference here is that here, the city is just round the corner. The bathroom is quiet and peaceful with the walls finished in natural stone. The floor is tiled in a dark anthracite grey with a heavy curtain along one wall: a feature that gives the room a cosy warmth and conceals the washing machine and dryer and practical storage space. No.4 has two separate guest apartments that makes it easier for family and friends to stay over. A solution that is much appreciated by home-owners and their nearest and dearest alike. No.4 also has its own mini cinema when you want to organise a film night with friends. The building also has a workshop where you can do things it’s better to do outside the home. No.4 also has residents’ parking that you access via lifts in the building. We have also equipped No.4 with a delivery room with fridge so you don’t have to stay at home waiting for your online food order to be delivered. Small details that make a big difference to your everyday life.
